Requirements
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
- At least 3 year(s) of working experience specifically in recruitment in any industry
- Preferably Senior Executives specializing in recruitment or general Human Resources or equivalent.
- Able to work under pressure and in a fast pace working environment

- Degree in Business Admin, Mass Communication, or any related discipline.
- Minimum 8+ years industry-related experience, including 4 to 6 years contact center management experience.

- 4 to 5 years of core SAP ABAP development experience including Dialog Programming, ALV, BAPI’s, RFCs, BADI’s, and ABAP Objects.
- Experience in ABAP development for the following module: FI , CO, MM, SD, HR, BW.
- Required to work with business stakeholders to understand current business processes in order to facilitate the accurate and complete integration of new development objects.
- Experience with development of interfaces to and from SAP utilizing various interface methods and middleware systems.
- Strong experience in SAP script, Smart forms, ALE, IDOCS, ALV reporting, user-exits and Workflow.
